We spend the morning at Brown Bluff, a tuva, located at the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula and the Antarctic Sound. The name describes the colour and shape of the volcano when looking at it from the sea-side.

The mountain is pretty impressive. A few huge rocks are sitting on the beach, close to the landing site. They are home to lichen, which I could take a super close look at.

There is quite a big colony of Adelie Penguins at the far end of the beach. The chicks were all fluffy and cute.

I saw how some of them were fed. A few groups of Adelies were marching along the beach and occasionally they would hop into the water. I could have stayed ashore forever, watching the Penguins. The Adelies are really funny.
