Hello,

Fred was given to me by the captain of M/T CANSU Y when she leaves Huelva Port under my pilotage service. The Captain told me that he received Fred from the Pilot that assist his vessel when he leaves Las Palmas ( Canary island ) before call Huelva .
He didnt give me more information around the previous Fred passages.
I will give more information and fotos the next week , around Huelva.

PD : The foto was taken no Board of M/V SALLY ANN C , my immeditly pilote service after the CANSU Y , navigating in the river Of Huelva , to IMPALA terminal , to discharge copper concentrate in bulk.
